the majestic landscape of the Andes Mountain Range, at the foot
of the “Cordón del Plata”, which reaches 19,685 ft. at its main summit.
In summer, it’s shelters are occupied by climbers from all over
the world to climb to the summit of “El Plata” or it’s neighboring
mountains. It can also be used to prepare for the acclimatization
required by the altitude for those climbers who accept the challenge
of ascending Mount Aconcagua, the highest mountain
in the West(22,841 ft).
